Museum of the American Revolution

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Situated in Philadelphia’s high-traffic historic district, the Museum of the American Revolution is a beautiful museum that connects visitors with incredible pieces of American history. The 118,000-square-foot museum opened in April of 2017 and ranges from educational movies in its multimedia immersive theaters to special exhibition galleries including weapons, manuscripts, artwork, and rare books.

The Museum of the American Revolution is visually stunning thanks to the architectural design of Robert AM Stern Architects and the exhibit design of Healey Kohler. SH Acoustics was brought into the project to help pull the overall museum experience together, creating superior sound quality and control in both the theaters and permanent exhibit spaces.
