SENIOR CONSULTANT

SH Acoustics is seeking a senior acoustical consultant with 5-7 or more years of experience for a position in our CT headquarters. The successful candidate should have worked in at least one other previous consulting firm as both an acoustical consultant and project manager.

ACOUSTICAL CONSULTANT

The ideal candidate for this position would have 2-5 years of experience for a design and project management role in our Milford, CT headquarters. Additionally, this candidate would have an undergraduate degree in acoustical engineering or a related field. Excellent written/oral communication, self-motivation, project management and presentation skills are essential.

ENTRY-LEVEL ACOUSTICAL CONSULTANT

The ideal candidate for this position would have 0-2 years of experience for a design and project management role in our Milford, CT headquarters. Additionally, this candidate would have an undergraduate degree in acoustical engineering or a related field. Excellent written/oral communication, self-motivation, project management and presentation skills are essential.

We are nationally and internationally renowned for our extensive work in museums, high-end residential spaces and recording studios, as well as many other project types. Our clients range from corporate executives, celebrities, and royalty to top museums like the Smithsonian. We are looking to fill a position to support SHA’s marketing and business development efforts to highlight our presence among architects, exhibit designers, audio-visual integrators and builders, and to help our firm continue its growth. We have an outstanding portfolio of successful projects all over the world.

We are seeking a highly talented, forward thinking individual to be our Marketing Associate. You must be dynamic and be able to bring ideas and plans to the discussion with the company leadership. Traits we are looking for are:

  • Strong communications
  • Creativity, flexibility & open-mindedness
  • Self-disciplined, results-orientated, independent & quick learner
  • Experience with the latest successful trends in digital marketing for targeted markets
  • Foundational knowledge of content marketing, social media, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics
  • A thought leader in the use of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (consistent posts to all)
  • Be able to attend and coordinate the scheduling of:
    • Client meetings for the President, Managing Director & Senior Staff
    • “Lunch & Learns”, Seminars, Conferences & Presentations
  • Write press releases & distribute them to media lists; blog articles; creation of newsletters, email campaigns, online promotions
  • Provide support through social media efforts to target new opportunities
  • Research new markets and leads
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Hubspot
